How do I purchase a book?
Open any book page, tap "Buy", and complete checkout securely. Your purchase appears instantly in your Library.
Where are my purchased books?
All purchased books are in your Library. Access it from the navigation menu. Your books sync across all devices when signed in.
Can I sample a book before buying?
Yes! Most books offer free preview chapters. Read them to decide if you want to purchase the full book.
How do I claim a free book?
On free books, tap "Add to Library" instead of Buy. The book is added to your library immediately at no cost.
What are bundles?
Bundles are discounted book collections from an author. If you already own some books in a bundle, you only pay the difference for the ones you don't have.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for valid reasons like technical issues or accidental purchases. Submit requests through your account settings or contact support.
Can I read offline?
Yes! When you open a book while online, it caches for offline reading. Your progress syncs automatically when you reconnect.
How do I customize the reader?
While reading, tap the settings icon to adjust font size, theme (light/dark/sepia), and other display preferences.
Is my reading progress saved?
Yes, your progress saves automatically and syncs across devices. Pick up exactly where you left off on any device.
Can I highlight text or take notes?
Yes! Select text while reading to highlight it. Your highlights are saved and can be viewed later from the book menu.
What is the Wishlist?
Save books you're interested in to your Wishlist by tapping the heart icon. Access your saved books anytime from your Library.
How do I organize my library?
Your library shows purchased books and saved items in separate tabs. Books you're currently reading appear at the top for easy access.
What are book clubs?
Clubs are communities where readers discuss books together. Join public clubs based on genres you love, or create private clubs for friends.
How do I join a club?
Browse clubs from the Clubs page and tap "Join" on any public club. For private clubs, you'll need an invite from a member.
Can I create my own club?
Yes! Tap "Create Club" from the Clubs page. Set a name, description, and choose whether it's public or private.
What can I do in a club?
Participate in discussions, see what the club is currently reading, share your thoughts on books, and connect with fellow readers.
What are book discussions?
Each book has a public discussion area where readers can share thoughts, ask questions, and discuss the story with others.
Can I follow authors?
Yes! Follow your favorite authors to see their new releases and updates. Visit any author page and tap "Follow".
How do I leave a review?
After purchasing and reading a book, you can leave a star rating and written review from the book page. Your review helps other readers and supports the author.
Can I edit or delete my review?
Yes, you can edit or remove your review anytime from the book page where you originally posted it.
Is my reading activity private?
Yes, your reading activity and library are private by default. You control what you share through your privacy settings.
How do I update my profile?
Go to Settings → Profile to update your display name, avatar, and bio. You can also manage privacy and notification preferences.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account from Settings. Note that this removes your library, reviews, and all associated data permanently.
