1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please notify our designated copyright agent. Your notification must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest
• Identification of the copyrighted work(s) that you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the platform (URL or specific description)
• Your address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

3. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• •Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• •Notify the user who posted the material of the takedown
• •Provide information about the counter-notification process

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• •Your physical or electronic signature
• •Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• •A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• •Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• •A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district (or in Delaware if you are outside the US)

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Booklyverse will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had content removed from the platform more than twice.

Booklyverse processes all DMCA notices in good faith. We do not take sides in copyright disputes and rely on the legal process to resolve contested claims. Authors whose content is removed may appeal through the counter-notification process outlined above.
